Agir. Pour la Liberté. was founded on a simple belief: when a language disappears, when cultural heritage fades, or when collective memory is forgotten, a part of our shared humanity is lost.
Our philanthropic mission is to support those who protect these legacies, build bridges between cultures, and pass on to future generations what unites us.

Promoting Kurdish and Mesopotamian gastronomy, preserving culinary expertise, and supporting the professional development of those working in the sector.

- Showcasing Kurdish culinary heritage at the crossroads of civilizations.
- Training and supporting gastronomy professionals.
- Organising public events and amateur culinary competitions.
- Raising awareness of Kurdish culinary traditions through communication and cultural mediation.

Preserving endangered languages, stories, and cultural heritage while fostering dialogue, understanding, and a sense of wonder.
